As the operations director of Twin Cities Cleaning Services, Kenneth Khumalo partners with both staff and clients to make sure contracts are well managed and that all work exceeds expectations.               What we do… differently

Whether we’re providing clients with industrial or commercial office cleaning, hygiene

services or vehicle washing, Twin Cities is committed to exceeding expectations and providing

exceptional service and delivery from start to finish.

By partnering with its clients, the company consistently adds strategic value to their sites in a number of ways:

-   our teams of cleaning staff are trained to view a client’s office space as their own –

     assessing premises and generating incident reports on a regular basis;

-   where appropriate, Twin Cities’ management team will make recommendations

     regarding more strategic use of space and/or recycling and waste disposal;

-   by offering green cleaning options, clients are encouraged to reduce their footprint

    and impact on the environment whilst improving the health of staff.

As an entrepreneurial business, Twin Cities Cleaning Services also understands its responsibilities when it comes to job creation and empowerment.  No matter the size or location of the site.

We look for ways to include and upskill members of the local community wherever possible. Staff training and development is an additional priority. In this way, we’re working to ensure we create a meaningful legacy that extends well beyond our service offering.
